NACAC invites you to request an event or a meeting in conjunction with the NACAC Conference. The request form must be completed for every event or meeting, in-person or virtual, held in conjunction with the national conference. NACAC reserves the right to require time changes if the request conflicts with a NACAC event.
NACAC's goal is for all attendees to have the opportunity to enjoy the conference to its fullest capacity, while still having the option to attend meetings and special events during non-conference hours. In order to ensure that events do not conflict with the official NACAC National Conference, requests must fall in the following time slots* Central time.
Tuesday, Sept. 20: No restrictions
Wednesday, Sept. 21: No restrictions
Thursday, Sept. 22: 5 a.m. – 10 a.m. OR 8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. (or later)
Friday, Sept. 24: 5 a.m. – 8 a.m. OR 6:30 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. (or later)
Saturday, Sept. 25: 5 a.m. – 8 a.m. OR 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. OR 10 p.m. - 11:59 p.m. (or later)
If requesting space for an in-person event in a NACAC contracted venue, audio/visual support and catering must be ordered through NACAC's exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when events are confirmed and scheduled in June. Requests for NACAC space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please submit one form for each event whether in-person or virtual.
*Changes to times may occur with changes in schedule closer to registration.
